Can't Find a Holster for Your Gun? We'll Build One
Carry a gun with a weapon light, a red dot, a compensator, or other modifications? Most holster makers don't offer your exact combination, or they offer a close fit that isn't quite right. We build the holster around your setup instead of asking you to settle.
We can build custom holsters for guns with:
- Weapon lights
- Red dot optics and other sights
- Compensators and muzzle devices
- Extended magazine wells, threaded barrels, and other add-ons
- Aftermarket or modified slides and frames
- Firearms that are rare, discontinued, or that few companies make holsters for
How 3D Scanning Works
- Bring your firearm to our Mesa shop in the exact configuration you carry, with the light and accessories installed. Bring your firearm UNLOADED and CASED
- We 3D scan it. This takes 30-45 minutes while you wait
- We create a mold from the scan, specific to your gun and setup.
- We build your holster from that mold. 7-10 business days
Because the mold comes from your gun, you get secure retention, a clean draw and re-holster, and a holster that fits your light and accessories.
Why We Scan In Store
We do 3D scanning in store only. It lets us scan carefully, answer your questions on the spot, and keep wait times short for everyone. Appointments are encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome.
Custom Options Without a Scan
Not every custom holster needs a scan. If your gun is a common model and you want a specific color, design, carry style, or feature, email us and we'll work out the details.
- Carry style: Appendix (AIWB), inside-the-waistband (IWB), or outside-the-waistband (OWB)
- Colors and design: colors are almost endless and we can do custom prints at additional costs
Not sure what's possible? Tell us how you carry and we'll recommend a setup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make a holster for a gun that nobody makes a holster for?
In most cases, yes. We 3D scan your firearm in its exact configuration and build a holster from a mold made for it.
Can you make a holster for a gun with a weapon light or red dot?
Yes. Bring the gun with the light and optic installed so we scan the real setup. That's the whole point of scanning.
What is a 3D-scanned holster?
It's a holster built from a mold made from a digital scan of your specific firearm, including your accessories. It fits your gun more precisely than a holster made for a generic model.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are encouraged because they keep wait times down, but walk-ins are welcome.
How long does scanning take, and how long until my holster is ready?
30-45 minutes and your holster is typically ready in 7-10 days
How much does a custom or 3D-scanned holster cost?
The cost of the scan is $25. The holsters range from $100-$200 including the cost of the scan
Can I get a scanned holster if I live out of state?
Scanning is currently in store only, out-of-state customers can call or email us a custom request
What carry styles can you build custom?
Appendix (AIWB), inside-the-waistband (IWB), and outside-the-waistband (OWB).
Why Kydex?
Kydex is a rigid thermoplastic that holds its shape, resists moisture, and gives a consistent draw and re-holster. It's the most common material for modern holsters.
